Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Important note about duties and customs fees:

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
  • We do our best to clearly mark packages and provide accurate customs declarations to minimize any surprises, but please be aware that additional fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations.

We want you to love your MatBloom scrunchie! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll process your refund as son as possible, within 5-7 business days

To start a return, email us at hello@matbloom.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and our mailing address.

Easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@matbloom.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our response with return.instructions and our mailing address.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  4. Ship it back to the address we provide (you're responsible for return shipping costs).
  5. Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm your return arrived safely.

International customers: Please be aware that return shipping from international locations can be costly. We recommend checking with your local postal service for the most affordable tracked shipping option.

We'd love to help you find the perfect MatBloom scrunchie!Here's how exchanges work:

  • You can exchange your scrunchie for a different color (subject to availability)
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • You're responsible for return shipping costs to send your original item back to us
  • We'll cover shipping costs to send your new color to you

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@matbloom.com with your order number and the color you'd like to exchange for
  2. We'll confirm the new color is in stock and send you return instructions
  3. Ship your original item back to us (you pay return shipping)
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your new color to you at no cost

Please note: Exchanges are only available for different colors of the same product. If you'd like a refund instead, please see our return policy above.

International exchanges: Due to shipping costs and customs complexities, we recommend international customers carefully review color options before ordering. However, if you'd like to exchange, we're happy to help you. Plase be aware that shipping costs will apply, and you may be responsible for customs fees on the new shipment.

Oh no! We're so sorry if that happened. If your scrunchie arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@matbloom.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged item or wrong item received.
  • Description of the issue.

We'll send you a replacement right away at no cost to you (including return shipping).

MatBloom was founded in July 2025 by Cleopatra Evelyn in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

After discovering yoga through YouTube in 2021, Cleopatra experienced firsthand how yoga and mindfulness could be deeply healing. She soon became a certified group fitness instructor (Canfitpro) and was inspired to build a business rooted in that same sense of strength, care, and transformation. Proudly headquartered in her hometown of Ottawa Ontario MatBloom was created to support and uplift women as they become stronger, happier versions of themselves.
